How long does it take to receive an order?
In stock items ship out without delay and can be expected in seven to ten business days.  If there is a delay with your order a customer service representative will notify you by email.  During peak seasons we stock our shelves accordingly in effort to get your order in your hands as rapidly as possible.

How can I check on the status of an order I placed?
If it has been less than ten business days since you placed your order it is likely running on time and will be delivered without incident.  If you feel it has been longer than this you can email us at customerservice@campus-classics.com or call 800-274-7335 during office hours. You can also check on your order online by logging in to your account.

An item on my order is not in stock or "Backordered"; when will I get it?
When an item in our product line has run out of stock we work quickly to fulfill your order.  Most of the items in our product line are decorated here by our in-house silk-screening and embroidery departments.  It is uncommon if these items are out of stock for more than two or three weeks.  During peak seasons we stock our shelves accordingly in effort to get your order in your hands as rapidly as possible.  We often split orders with numerous items to ship available items immediately, and ship the rest of the order when the product becomes available.  When this is done we do not pass the cost of the additional shipment onto you.

How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped by Postal Service, and Priority Mail depending upon the size and weight of the order.  Orders going to United States Post Office Boxes must be shipped by US Postal Service or Priority Mail.

Is there a way to rush my order?
Rush orders are subject to product availability. Our customer service representatives can check to see if the item(s) you want rushed to you are immediately available for shipment. Please call 800-274-7335 during office hours. Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Order can not be rushed to Post Office Boxes. There are, of course, additional fees for Rush services:
UPS Three-Day Select is an additional $5.00
UPS Two-Day Air is an additional $10.00
UPS Next-Day Air is an additional $25.00

What are the shipping and handling fees for an order?
Standard shipping and handling rates are based on the price of your order
up to $19.99:  $4.95
$20.00-$39.99:  $6.95
$40.00-$69.99:  $8.95
$70.00-$109.99:  $9.95
$110.00-$149.99:  $11.95
Over $150:  Free Standard Shipping
Specially priced shipping applies to standard service, and premium shipping fees still apply.


Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship orders only within the United States.

Can I pay by a check or money order?

You can download our printed order form here.  If it is not possible for you to print our order form you can hand write your order on a separate sheet of paper.  Please include your name, address, and phone number.  Be sure to include the proper shipping and handling fee from the chart above, and indicate what sizes you need if you're ordering garments.

What is the return and exchange policy?
We have a thirty-day return and exchange policy for garments that have not been washed or worn.  (We extend this time after the holiday gift-giving season.)  If you still have the packing slip from the delivery there is a simple form to assist with your return or exchange.  If you do not still have this form use a separate sheet of paper, and please include your name, address, and phone number.  Our address is:

For exchanges we offer a discounted shipping and handling rate of $3.50 that can be applied to the same payment used for the original order.  If we've made an error or an item is defective we can reimburse your shipping, or if requested provide a pre-paid UPS return label.

Can I come to your location to shop or exchange an item?
We are not equipped to accommodate walk-in customers.  We do not have a store front, change drawer, nor staff trained and on hand to wait on people.  Nor are we equipped to process individual credit card transactions as our system processes all of one days business in one batch transaction.  Please allow us to ship your order to you as this is how we operate best.

How do I know my size for a fitted hat?
Use a tape measure to determine the circumference of your head to the nearest 1/8 of an inch by measuring across the widest part of the head, above the eyebrows and ears. Use the Sizing Chart to convert this measurement in inches to a hat size. Sizes may vary with hair styles, age, and weight gain or loss.

Do you have items available in sizes that are not posted like XXXL?
All of the available sizes are posted online.   We adjust our size tables to accommodate changes in style.  As people have begun to wear clothes more tight-fitting we have added size small for some items in our product line.  However the current demand for items in size XXXL is almost non-existent in our market, and we do not have the resources to stock them.

Can I suggest an item for you to carry?
Feedback and ideas from customers are always considered and appreciated.  We are continually researching new products to offer that are both high quality and competitively priced.  Your suggestions can help shape our product line.

Can I have an item custom made?
We can do custom orders, but there is a minimum quantity that must be ordered.  For garments to embroidered or silk screened the minimum is twenty-four pieces.  For other gift items the minimum quantity varies and may likely be more.
